WBo2 2E0 Engineering Changes/Fixes

The PCB Rev number is found at the top left of the main board.

Rev 1 and 2 boards differ insignificantly (board dimensions changed, and some holes enlarged for a better fit). R413 has been moved from the end of U8 near the LED PCB's connector, to near the end of U1.
